I was not a fan of Rett. He is a womanizer. A love them and leave them before they wake guy. However, as his friends' girlfriends told him...one day someone would steal his heart. That one day happened. Finley King stole his heart....and he didn't know what to do.

Rett doesn't know how to be in a relationship and miscommunication and drama set the stage for trouble in paradise. Rett gives up his old ways for Finley and falls for her head over hills. He finds himself in unchartered territory and not liking that his brother, Clutch, is always predicting correctly the trouble the comes.

Follow Rett on his journey to true love and see if he really can give up his ways and learn to love one girl...a very unique and beautiful girl with her own set of issues. Finley King is treated like a fragile piece of glass by her family. Because of an incident in her past she is blocked from feelings. She meets Rett and wants him. He is handsome, movie star handsome, and she believes Rett can help her feel again. She is warned away from him but Finley follows her heart. However, her family's drama forces miscommunication issues and Finley may have lost the one man she felt she could love forever.

This is an awesome book and a great ending to the Custom Culture series. Tess Oliver out did herself and made you fall in love with the bad boy who didn't think he would ever love one woman.

Another great book in this series. I absolutely adore Rhett! Wow!! Talk about a hot sexy man. And sweet too. It's a shame we have to escape to the reading world in order to find these men because I swear none in real life are this perfect.

When Rhett and Finley meet for the first time, you know it's gonna be good. Finley is a great female lead. She's not bashful at all and when she first meets Rhett and flirts with him, it was such a nice change from reading about these shy girls who don't say anything. I loved how open they were with each other and how they went into the relationship any way, knowing some of their friends and family didn't think it was a good idea. There's a few bumps in the road. Because Finley's dad is a famous rock star the press causes a few problems. And then these two do have a few stubborn moments. But wow...such a great book. It was worth reading for the grilled cheese sandwich scene alone. I mean, we all love Clutch and we know he's a big ole guy.

We get POVs from both Finley and Rhett in this book. It's one that could technically be read alone, but why? This series is wonderful and each book is great, so by reading them all you'll learn just how wonderful and loving all these characters are. Great job!
When I came upon Rhett in book two I automatically thought he was just a screw up who relied on Clutch to pull him out of trouble. well he is kind of like that, however in this book he finally starts realizing that what his brother and friends have, girlfriends who they love, he wants that. At least he think he might. He becomes friends with his boss, Cole, and that is when he meets Finley who is his sister. Rhett feels the connection right from the start however worries about loosing his job. Finley needs to feel something and that something she wants to feel she wants from Barret. And who can blame her? Hes beautiful. But will her brothers stand in her way? Just when we think "awe Rhett found his sole mate" something happens to distance them, and we think they just might be over. Or are they?
Tell Oliver is amazing, yet again with this book. This book is worth the read for sure. I couldn't stop reading it. Unlike some series these are all different so you don't have that disappointing factor that usually happens as you finish each book. You know, the first ones great then you read the second and its just okay but you read the third just because you read the first two? Yeah that doesn't happen with these. Loved them all!
Okay, first of all I have to say that Nix (Freefall) is my favorite of this series. Nix & Scotlyn are my favorite characters, their journey gave me the most feels up to this point & I absolutely ADORE Scotlyn's growth & progression throughout the series. Having said that, I also absolutely ADORE Rett & Finley! This story definitely gives Freefall a run for its money for favorite book in the Custom Culture series.

I loved Finley in Strangely Normal, which is the story of her brother, Jude, and his gf, Eden. Eden is hired as Fin's companion of sorts, and so while SN is the story of Eden & Jude, it's the beginning of Finley's story, too. Therefore, I would highly recommend reading Strangely Normal before Rett. (Also, my confession that I am predisposed to loving connected books.)

Barrett is Jimmy (Clutch)'s brother, and he seems like your typical player, stereotypical youngest child, floating through life w/o really any direction. He gets hired at Finley's dad's construction company, and has been partying w/ her brother, Cole. And then he meets Finley. There is this instant connection that makes you believe in soul mates. )

My only complaint is one I have for Clutch & Dray as well, and that's that the story doesn't give us enough of our H/h together. We get their stories happening separately, and written very well, and lots of things are going on, but for the most part, when they are together, it is only to have sex. We sort of see them hang out together a little bit, and we do get some conversations, but most of what we get to see of their relationship is the sexual parts. While they are well written & heart felt & all of that, it still just gives me a sense of something 'missing.' (Which I think is why Freefall is my favorite - Nix & Scotlyn interact a lot more than they have sex.)(Sex is good, just... ya know!)

So! Anyway! ) This installment made me laugh, and cry a little, and oh, did I mention there's Some Pig? He's a card! Fabulous story, re-read shelf, tell-your-friends-about-it good. )
